I have become one thing quite by accident - successful. Not in the famous, high flyer, millionairess kind of way, but rather, in the way of "Have a dream and make it come true". I dreamed of becoming a performer, a writer, and an educator and all of them have come to pass. Now I dream of being free. Free of wounding, free of judgement, free of sorrow, and free of the shame that would hold me back from the complete and utter joy of my heart's creative expression. Now this too is coming to pass. Having been a prolific songwriter for 15 years, I had a body of work that had already served the purpose of my own catharsis, but was now sitting in my 'top drawer' waiting to be instrumental in someone else's process of change.
Women are currently in a time of ‘awakening’ and many of us are finding the courage and motivation to question and reinvent the stories that have defined us throughout the centuries and throughout our lives.
Feminine energy desperately needs support and nurture at this time and my personal hope for us all is that through our questioning we will usher in a time of peace, healing, and equality so that WOMAN can reclaim her power, beauty, wisdom, and innate ability to love without fear.
